Despite having never started a single High School Football Game , Junior QB Reggie Bonnafon is ranked as the #16 QB Overall in the country. The fact that he has acquired that ranking while sitting behind Senior Travis Wright is pretty amazing. Bonnafon stands 6-2, 195 lbs and played WR for the Shamrocks. As a Junior Reggie caught 37 passes for 509 yards and six touchdowns. He also completed 4 of 4 passes for 42 yards and three touchdowns as a QB.
It is expected that Reggie will have a big Senior Season for the Shamrocks and may possibly end up as a 4 star prospect before playing for the Cards beginning in 2014. Whether or not Reggie will play WR or QB is unclear but at this point it seems like he is more of a prospect as a QB.
For what it's worth here is a highlight mix of him dominating on the Trinity Freshman team a couple years ago.
